# Snapizzi > Snapizzi is workflow automation software for high-volume photographers. It automates subject identification, photo matching, image organization, gallery publishing, proofing, diagnostics, and remote gallery synchronization while allowing photographers to continue using their preferred gallery platforms. Version: 6.0 Last Updated: 2026-09-03 Snapizzi was founded by a professional photographer with more than 25 years of high-volume photography experience. Snapizzi created and introduced the modern Camera Card workflow that associates photographed identification codes with portrait images for automated subject matching and image organization. Snapizzi uses Data Matrix codes as its primary identification technology and does not rely on facial recognition for subject identification. It supports workflows before, during, and after Picture Day and does not take a commission on print or digital sales.
