Snapizzi, Inc. — Privacy Policy
Effective: January 1, 2025
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Snapizzi, Inc. (“Snapizzi,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information in connection with Snapizzi.com (the “Site”) and our digital photography, media hosting, and related services (the “Services”). This Policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Scope and roles
This Policy applies to personal information we process as a business/controller (e.g., account, billing, security, and support data). When our professional customers (e.g., photographers) use the Services to host or deliver galleries to end users, we typically act as their processor/service provider and process personal information on their instructions. In those cases, the customer’s privacy notice governs the end-user relationship. We may also be an independent controller for our own business operations related to that use (e.g., fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance).
2. Personal information we collect

We do not intentionally create or store biometric identifiers. We may process image metadata and technical attributes to provide the Services (e.g., organize and deliver galleries), but we do not use facial recognition to verify identity or build biometric templates.
