The Server Status Indicator on your dashboard gives you a quick view of Snapizzi’s current server activity. It uses five colors, progressing from green to red as activity increases.
These colors provide a general indication of workload. They aren’t precise processing-time estimates and don’t, by themselves, indicate a problem with your project.
Understanding the Colors
Green — Lower activity
The servers are handling a lighter workload. Green doesn’t necessarily mean there is no activity.
Orange — Increased activity
Server activity has increased from the green level, but remains toward the lower end of the scale.
Dark Orange — Moderate activity
The servers are handling a busier workload, between the orange and orange-red levels.
Orange-Red — High activity
Server activity is approaching the busiest end of the scale. Tasks may take longer to process during these periods.
Red — Highest activity
This is the busiest level shown by the indicator. Processing times may increase while the servers work through the current workload.
What Should You Do?
A warmer color doesn’t automatically mean your task has failed or needs to be restarted. Check your task’s progress to see how it’s moving along. The indicator shows overall server activity, rather than the status of an individual task.
