If one or more codes are missing from your Camera Cards, the issue may be caused by the browser or PDF viewer being used to display or print the file.
Different PDF viewers can render the same PDF differently. In some cases, a code or other element may appear to be missing even though it is actually contained in the PDF.
What to Do
Download the Camera Card PDF to your computer.
Don't rely only on the preview displayed in your web browser.Open the downloaded PDF in a dedicated PDF viewer.
On a Mac, try Preview. You can also try Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer.If something is missing, open the same downloaded PDF in another viewer.
If the codes appear in one viewer but not another, the PDF was generated correctly and the issue is with how that application is rendering the PDF.Print from the viewer that displays the card correctly.
