Use Snapizzi Without a Connected Platform

How to Use Snapizzi’s Bundle Feature to Organize and Prepare Your Projects for Any Platform — Even If It Isn’t Directly Integrated

Even if you aren’t using one of Snapizzi’s directly integrated platforms (like ShootProof, Zenfolio, PhotoShelter, or PhotoDeck), you can still take full advantage of Snapizzi to organize and prepare your projects. Snapizzi works just as well as a stand-alone automation tool — helping you structure, name, and deliver your images for upload into any platform.

Many photographers would like the benefits of Snapizzi’s automatic sorting and folder creation, but are using a platform we don’t directly integrate with. Our Bundle feature makes this possible.

With Bundles, Snapizzi automatically organizes and renames your images into folders for each subject, event, or group. Once complete, you simply download the Bundle and upload it directly into the gallery platform of your choice.

Compatible Platform Workflows

Using Snapizzi with a platform that isn’t directly integrated? Check out the guides below for step-by-step workflow instructions:

How It Works

  1. Create and process your project in Snapizzi
Upload your photos to your Snapizzi project.

  2. Generate a Bundle
Use the Bundle option to package your organized project. Snapizzi will create neatly named folders that match your project data. Save the Bundle file locally on your computer. This contains all your photos in their correct folders, with names and structure already applied.

  3. Upload into your chosen platform
Take your Snapizzi-organized folders and upload them into any gallery provider — even if it’s not directly integrated with Snapizzi. Since the work of naming and sorting is already done, your platform just receives perfectly structured folders.

Benefits

  • Save hours of manual sorting and renaming

  • Eliminate mistakes when creating galleries or albums

  • Enjoy Snapizzi’s automation even if your gallery provider isn’t connected

  • Keep your workflow consistent across platforms
