Columns are orderable. Reports in red when there's no remote link or it is incomplete. The report provides a per-gallery breakdown of:

  • Upload status (how many photos successfully uploaded)

  • Linked status (how many of those photos correctly linked to subjects)

  • Gallery cover image (ShootProof only)

  • Direct links to both the Remote and Snapizzi gallery

  • Timestamps of the most recent updates

  • Quick access to Gallery-level Repair tool

Health Report Status Colors Explained

🟢 Green = Complete

🔴 Red = Not completed

🟣 Indigo = Reconciliation in Progress

Why You May See Indigo “Top-Heavy” Link Counts

In some cases, you may notice the Linked column temporarily showing an indigo value where the number of linked photos appears higher than expected. This is normal and occurs when:

  • A gallery is actively updating or repairing, and

  • One or more photos are linked to multiple galleries (such as shared photo sets or group photos).

Because the report updates in real time, it receives incremental “increase/decrease” signals rather than recalculating absolute totals during the update process. As soon as the update completes, the counts automatically normalize.

The indigo color indicates that Snapizzi is aware of the temporary condition and that it is not an error—just part of the reconciliation process during updates.

Photo-Level Remote Status Badges

Snapizzi displays a remote status indicator beneath every project photo so you can quickly confirm whether each image has been uploaded and linked correctly on your connected platform.

Each photo shows a small badge identifying the service (SP, PD, PS, or ZF) along with its current status:

  • 🟢 Green = Complete
The photo has been uploaded and successfully linked on the remote platform.

  • 🟠 Orange = Uploaded, Not Yet Linked
The photo has been uploaded, but the remote platform has not finished linking it to the gallery yet. This state is usually brief and may not always appear, as linking often happens immediately after upload. On some platforms (especially PhotoDeck), linking may take a little longer due to remote processing delays.

  • 🔴 Red = Not Completed
The photo has not finished uploading or linking and may require attention.

The orange state simply reflects normal remote processing behavior — not an error. Snapizzi will automatically update the status as soon as the remote platform completes the linking step.

These per-photo signals complement the Remote Gallery Health Report, giving you both gallery-level and image-level visibility so you can monitor progress, spot delays early, and troubleshoot with confidence.
