Managing a high-volume photography business means keeping track of dozens—or even hundreds—of active projects.

The Project Summary Tool was introduced to give photographers a quick overview of important project metrics without manually gathering information.

Today, many of these same statistics are also displayed directly on the Dashboard whenever a project is selected, allowing photographers to monitor project status without opening additional tools.

Dashboard view showing project summary metrics for a selected Snapizzi project, including photo count, subject count, group count, galleries, storage usage, searches, and successful gallery forwards.

Depending on the project and view, available information may include:

These at-a-glance statistics help photographers quickly understand project progress throughout production.

This release also introduced several productivity enhancements throughout Snapizzi.

Smarter Repair Tools

When hovering over an image inside any Repair Tool dialog, Snapizzi now displays a larger preview together with the filename.

Hovering over a code also displays the associated subject information, making it easier to identify and correct issues without leaving the repair tool.

More Flexible Gallery Naming

Gallery naming became available across all supported gallery platforms, making it easier to maintain consistent gallery organization regardless of where photographs are published.

Improved Paper Proofing

Paper Proofing now includes a dropdown field selection menu, providing additional flexibility when generating printed proof sheets.

Dashboard Improvements

Several Dashboard refinements were also introduced, including:

  • Updated Task Progress icon

  • General usability improvements

Together, these small enhancements help reduce clicks and improve day-to-day efficiency.

While each improvement may appear small individually, together they simplify common tasks performed throughout the photography workflow.

From monitoring project activity to repairing images, generating proof sheets, and publishing galleries, these refinements help photographers spend less time managing software and more time serving customers.
