When this update was originally released, Snapizzi introduced Gallery Verify to help photographers automatically verify that their remote galleries existed, were accessible, and were correctly linked.
Rather than manually opening every gallery, Gallery Verify checked each subject's remote gallery, identified broken or missing links, and attempted to repair them whenever possible.
At the same time, Snapizzi introduced Show Tips, giving photographers quick access to Knowledge Base articles and guided product tours directly from the Dashboard.
Since then, both features have evolved.
The core capabilities of Gallery Verify have been incorporated into the Remote Gallery Health Report, providing expanded visibility into gallery health, upload status, synchronization, diagnostics, and repair tools from a centralized interface.
Likewise, the original Show Tips button has been replaced by Snapizzi's context-sensitive help system. Instead of opening documentation from a dedicated button, photographers can now access Knowledge Base articles directly from many tools and controls throughout the application using the built-in Control-click help feature.
We're always looking for ways to improve Snapizzi. If you have feedback or questions, we'd love to hear from you.
Editor’s Note: This article was originally published when Gallery Verify and Show Tips were introduced. The Gallery Verify functionality has since been integrated into the Remote Gallery Health Report, while the Show Tips button has evolved into Snapizzi’s context-sensitive help system, providing direct access to Knowledge Base documentation from supported controls throughout the application.
