High-volume photography workflows involve transferring thousands of images to remote platforms — a process that naturally takes time. While Snapizzi has long provided project-level progress tracking, much of that activity previously occurred quietly behind the scenes.
The new Remote Gallery Health Report now adds per-gallery and per-photo visibility, making it easy to monitor uploads and linking as they happen.
Instead of wondering where a gallery stands, Snapizzi now shows you the current state of the process in real-time. You can see uploads progressing, links being established, and galleries settling into their final state — all in one place.
This report isn’t about errors. It’s about transparency.
This eliminates the “nothing is happening” feeling and gives you complete, real-time visibility into what’s happening during gallery creation and updates.
At a glance, you can now see:
Every gallery created for your project
Whether each gallery was created successfully
Upload and link counts/status
When Snapizzi detects missing or incomplete uploads
Direct links to both the Snapizzi and the remote galleries
Access the Gallery Repair Tool without leaving the port
Clear color indicators showing status
🟢 Green = Complete
🔴 Red = Not completed
🟣 Indigo = Reconciliation in Progress
We also added photo-level status badges to all project images.
Over time, this report becomes your early warning system. Instead of waiting for customers to tell you something’s missing, you’ll see potential issues before a project goes live — all without leaving Snapizzi.
These updates make Snapizzi more transparent, more predictable, and more helpful in the moments that matter most — especially when you’re managing large volumes of photos.
We’re excited for you to feel the difference, and as always, we’re here if you have questions or need help.
