Snapizzi can streamline your Pixieset workflow by automatically organizing your images into folders by subject name. These folders can then be uploaded directly into Pixieset using their bulk collection upload feature.
This makes it much easier to create large numbers of collections for:
schools
sports
dance studios
events
volume photography workflows
without manually sorting images one collection at a time.
Step 1 β Create Bundle in Snapizzi
First, create a Bundle from your completed Snapizzi Data project. If you are unfamiliar with Bundles, please review this article first:
When configuring your Bundle, make sure:
images are sorted into folders
folder names are based on the subject name
rename subject photos (optional)
Your export should look similar to this:
Once the export is complete, verify that:
each subject has their own folder
images are properly organized
folder names match the intended Pixieset collection names
Each subject folder will later become its own Pixieset Collection.
Step 2 β Bulk Create Collection in Pixieset
In Pixieset:
In Collections, click the βΌ next to New Collection and select New Folder.
Open your new folder and choose Bulk Create.
Drag folders from your desktop into the uploader.
Review the list of collections that will be created.
Click Create & Upload.
Select which settings you want to apply to the collections (such as a preset or a watermark) and click Continue.
When your photos are done uploading, you can Bulk Share your collections.
Pixieset will automatically create:
